INTERNAL LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE (ILE) 12 MONTH PROGRAM

 

  • What: A 12 month deeply spiritual and transformative leadership development program with 12 cohort sessions.& 8 individual coaching sessions
  • Where: Cohort sessions are hosted in person. Individual coaching sessions are hosted virtually.
  • When: The 12 cohort sessions have options for one weekday morning a month or one evening a month. The 8 individual coaching sessions have flexible scheduling options.
  • Who: Justin and Jenn co-lead a group of 10 leaders.
  • Why: The relationship with self is often the most impeding relationship in the life of a leader. 100% of healthy leadership is defined by the inner reality of the leader. Healthy leaders own the ongoing intentionality required to create and sustain change within. The needs of leaders increase with influence and time, not decrease.
